Privacy policy

What we collect

The business details you give us (name, trade, city, address, phone, hours, services, a short description), your email address, and basic request logs kept by our hosting provider. For drafts we make ourselves, we use public business listing data (Overture Maps open data), never Google Maps content.

What we don't keep

We don't store a transcript of the questions you answer. We don't use advertising trackers on your site or ours.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Resend (sending emails), Google Gemini (to draft short website text from your business details, if enabled), and Stripe (payments, once available). Software engineering and support are done by IndusLabs in India under contract with us.

How long

Expired previews are deleted 30 days after they expire. Removed drafts are deleted immediately, except that we keep the phone number and email on a do-not-contact list so we never contact that business again.
