Terms of service
Last updated September 24, 2026. These terms are between you and Fieldstone Digital LLC ("we"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, for the Fieldstone Sites service.
The service
We build a website from the details you give us and host it at an address under fieldstonesites.com. A preview is private, hidden from search engines and expires after 14 days. A site goes live only after you pay.
Your content
You confirm you own or manage the business and that what you give us is true and yours to use. You keep ownership of your business details. You give us permission to show them on your site.
Billing
Plans are billed yearly in advance and renew each year until you cancel. We remind you by email 14 days before renewal. You can cancel any time; the site stays up until the paid year ends.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Sites must follow the acceptable use policy. We may take down a site that breaks it, without notice where there is a risk to others.
Leaving
You can ask for a copy of your site's files at any time.
Limits
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
